Originally from Pennsylvania, Ted Keener (he/him) received his classical ballet training from the North Carolina School of the Arts, The Rock School of Pennsylvania Ballet, and Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. Ballet

As a classically trained dancer who has worked in both the concert and theater realms, Ted loves sharing the joy of movement with dancers of all ages and abilities! His classes draw inspiration from studies with such notable teachers as the late Violette Verdy, Duncan Noble, and Melissa Hayden, and incorporate a focus on core engagement with proper joint alignment to help every dancer achieve their maximum potential
