Christopher Palacio started his dance training in 2002 at Nassau Community College. In 2003 he began to train with The Eglevsky Ballet out on Long Island and in 2004 he was asked to join the company. In 2005, Chris became a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor, where he used his skills as dancer to make himself a unique trainer. He began to teach dance classes for gyms such as NYSC, Reebok Sports Club and The Sports Club/LA UES. Chris also teaches Hip-Hop on Long Island for Spotlight Dance Studio.
Chris has worked with Attitudes in Motion, The Eglevsky Ballet, Downtown Dance Factory in NYC and several other studios. Chris joined the Children & Teen Program in 2008 as an assistant in both Hip-Hop and Modern classes. In July of 2013 Chris put together the Christopher Palacio Dance Project, a showcase of different works by different choreographers and himself! This is Chris' second year teaching for the CTP program and he feels such gratitude and is so blessed to be a part of the CTP Faculty! His goal is to share his knowledge of dance and proper movement techniques, in order to help create the best dancer one could possibly be!
