Brandt Martinez is originally from Peoria, Arizona where he trained at a very young age at Spisak Dance Academy in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip-Hop. Brandt Martinez is originally from Peoria, Arizona where he trained at a very young age at Spisak Dance Academy in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip-Hop. He later furthered his dance education at Tempe Dance Academy where he learned many different styles that make him the versatile dancer he is today. Brandt has been a featured dancer in the International Dance Alliance. He also was an inaugural dancer in the show Ballroom Blitz!, through Stiletto Entertainment where he got to travel the Caribbean and Mediterranean on a vista class Holland America ship. Brandt has worked with many choreographers such as Tabitha and Napoleon, Tyce Diorio, Joe Lanteri, Joey Downing, Jason Parsons, and Adrienne Canterna.
In early 2010 he was a featured dancer behind Sir Elton John at Carnegie Hall, for Sting’s Rainforest Fund Benefit show. He is also known as an international teacher, dancer, and choreographer who has danced all over the nation and has performed in over fifteen different countries from 2009 to now. Brandt is now working with City Ballet of San Diego for the upcoming performance of Romeo and Juliet.
He recently finished touring all over Europe with Rasta Thomas’ Bad Boys of Dance in the show Rock the Ballet. He has also gotten the opportunity to dance along side Rasta Thomas at the II International Ballet Awards Ceremony for Dance Open in St. Petersburg, Russia. Although Brandt has accomplished a lot at a young age, he prides himself on remaining teachable for all the years to come.
