Brodie Rachelle

Brodie Rachelle is one of Canada’s leading Choreographers and Dance Instructors. With over a decade of experience, her distinctive work is highly sought after and has received significant international recognition. She is a main faculty member of the American touring convention INTRIGUE alongside fellow professionals Matt Cady, Emma Portner, and Daniel Ulbicht. She has also been a part of the Canadian conventions Drop Dance Intensive, Beyond Movement, and FRESH Dance Intensive led by Juilliard graduate David Norsworthy.

In addition to her acclaimed choreography, Brodie is the creator and founder of the unique dance experience BREAK FREE. This workshop for dancers incorporates a special focus on the Mind/Body connection, Mindfulness, and developing dancer's individual artistry.

Brodie’s choreography was featured in this years DGB: Dancers Give Back; an Ottawa based fundraiser in support of the Youth Services Foundation. In addition, she has been honoured to create work for the non-profit organization MindYourMind for the last 7 years. Her choreography also has appeared on the stage for the Miss Canada Pageant, as well as hitting the seas, on the Royal Carribean’s Independence of the Seas.

Brodie has travelled to teach Master classes and set choreography all around the world including Canada, U.S., Costa Rica, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. She is loved for her generous spirit, unique teaching techniques, and honest movement quality. 

Brodie is passionate in aiding young artists growth and connection. Her highly distinctive style of both choreography and teaching will continue to inspire dancers worldwide.
